How time whizzes past . . . . I was chatting to a pal this time last year about having my kitchen and utility area spruced up.  I’ve been in my house for almost twenty years now and have done very little in the way decorating – and absolutely no remodelling.  My work tops and kitchen sink are now lookin seriously well used and battered.  I have not even kept abreast of the latest technological advances for the modern kitchen – but I have begun to look at the adverts in high end magazines and am liking a lot of what I see.  My plan will be to engage the services of a local kitchen design studio who know these houses and how best to squeeze the maximum out of each millimetre of space.  About time I looked up those experts to turn my poor neglected kitchen into a model of efficiency beauty – using lovely wood and granite, or whatever today’s trend is!
